Our Hood QuickLIFT System includes Quick-release end-fittings on the gas struts for the Jeep models. This allows the user to easily remove the strut from the lower attachment and then place the hood all the way back onto the wind-shield.

Our Jeep Wrangler hood QuickLIFT ELITE system is designed to fit Jeep JK models: 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017. This system is our ELITE system which includes all-black mounting hardware and 316L Stainless steel gas springs with progressive slow-release.
This system has been tested to work with Genesis dual battery setup.
This system works with all stock or OEM hoods - this will NOT work with the AEV hoods (please search 21-20005 for the AEV specific application).

There is a five-year warranty on all QuickLIFT ELITE components.
✔ STAINLESS STEEL GAS SPRINGS - The gas springs used in our ELITE series are 316L Stainless steel (brushed silver in color). The end fittings used are designed specifically for each application. Gas spring orientation is always body end up (large tube attaching to hood) and extending rod attaching to lower ball stud.
✔ PROGRESSIVE-RATE GAS SPRINGS - Redline Tuning gas springs are not off-the-shelf parts, they are designed by us and manufactured to our specifications for each vehicle application. Our exclusive end-of-stroke dampening slows the rate of extension over the final inches of travel eliminating stress to the hood.
✔ QUICK-RELEASE ENDS - Both lower strut attachments include a quick-release mechanism that allows the hood to be released from the gas struts. This allows the user to easily remove the gas strut from the lower attachment and rest hood on the windshield of your Jeep as if the struts were not installed. Simply snap them back on to utilize your Hood QuickLIFT System.
