This kit is a simple factory style power trunk release system to remotely open your trunk from inside the vehicle. It comes with our standard trunk release button to mount inside your glove compartment or console and can also be used with our optional billet style release buttons.

In our power trunk release kit you will receive: 1 Power trunk latch, 1 manual push button, wire and wire loom, full color step by step instruction manual, trimming template, and all necessary hardware. This is everything you will need to install a factory style power trunk release system in your classic car. Like our keyless entry power trunk option, this may require some minor sheet metal trimming on some vehicles for installation.

Tom was extremely helpful with my order. I called and asked if a remote manual release was part of the kit, the answer was no, but that an alteration to the lock mechanism was possible for a  lanyard type pull to be made for the  latch to release. It was a simple alteration, and Tom did it at Klassic Keyless at no additional charge. The trunk release kit went out the same day as I ordered. alteration and all. Received the kit within a few days, and everything worked perfectly. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Tom
