This kit is a simple factory style power trunk release system to remotely open your trunk from inside the vehicle. It comes with our standard trunk release button to mount inside your glove compartment or console and can also be used with our optional billet style release buttons.

In our power trunk release kit you will receive: 1 Power trunk latch, 1 manual push button, wire and wire loom, full color step by step instruction manual, trimming template, and all necessary hardware. This is everything you will need to install a factory style power trunk release system in your classic car. Like our keyless entry power trunk option, this may require some minor sheet metal trimming on some vehicles for installation.

Mine is a 1969 Impala 2-Dr. Hardtop. The directions are straight forward and installation was easy to complete in 45 minutes. Plenty of extra wire & ties are provided. Tom/owner is easy to reach by phone if you have  question. Will buy from again!
